UK Postcodes.
We ship by DPD or UPS where possible and via Royal Mail 2nd class 'signed for' to all UK postcodes. Orders over £50 will go via DPD or UPS courier, where possible. Please note DPD does not cover every UK postcode.
We aim to despatch your order within 1 to 2 working days. On occasion there may be exceptions to this and we will publish the details on the front of the website.
Europe – Zone 1 International Delivery (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland)
We charge £9.99 to despatch to the Europe zone 1.
When shipping internationally – parcels can be subject to custom fees, import taxes and local sales taxes at the destination country. Our shipping does not include these fees which may be due. Please make your own enquiries. Country Mouse cannot accept liability for any local custom fees, duty or taxes or handling charges that may be incurred.
Please note: If you refuse a delivery because you do not want to pay the import duties, custom charges and local sales taxes, we cannot refund you unless the items are returned to us. It is at the discretion of the courier as to whether the items are returned or destroyed. Shipping costs are not refunded.
